Miami Bites Into New Times' Iron Fork 2017 at Hyatt Regency Miami

From savory to sweet, local restaurants gave Miami a taste of their best dishes at New Times' Iron Fork. While attendees sampled dishes, three culinary competitions took place leading up to the Iron Fork chef battle that saw Tacology's chef Santiago Gomez edge out a win over Beaker & Gray's chef Brian Nasajon. Brianna Long from Johnson and Wales University won the Michael Shikany Knife of Excellence Award
