Bajofondo is formed by Gustavo Santaolalla and Juan Campodonico, with DJ Supervielle and a full live group of the top young artists in Buenos Aires and Montevideo today. Santaolalla is the Academy Award winning composer (Brokeback Mountain, Motorcycle Diaries, Amores Perros etc) and multiple GRAMMY award winning producer who also directs Surco Records. But when the members of Bajofondo get together, the synergy of these talents, creates a live show not to be missed. Pairings will couple great food with great wine, irresistible bites with amazing cocktails and support worthy local charities including the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, the American Red Cross and Gilda's Club. This event will feature over 20 signature dishes and delectable delights from the best Broward Palm-Beach area restaurants, along with exact wines to complement the dishes.
