Jay Senter continues to spin his lies and distort the truth about Sgt. Davis and why this non-resident of Surfside has been after Sgt. Davis for three-years!
Well Davis never lied on his application and all of the information Senter referred to is in his file. Of course Senter doesn't tell you the ex-parte was related to a pending divorce and child custody dispute, nor does he mention that Davis's spouse later admitted the ex-parte was just to keep him in Missouri; as told to background investigators in 1998 (Documented). The "Kidnapping", that was a child dispute and completely cleared and again, Davis entered in his background file; and Davis was never disciplined for the allegations Senter is now CLAIMING. In fact, FDLE cleared Sgt. Davis under the previous Police Administration and O'Reilly signed off on it. Now that Senter's business partners (Degrave & Others) and newly elected political partners (plus) Mayor Charles Burkett and Vice Mayor Weinberg are in office, Senter refers a private investigator, Patrick Franklin to investigate Sgt. Davis. The same P.I. Chief O'Reilly refused to use and referred Senter's complaint to FDLE. Of course newly hired Chief Allen (from Miami Beach and close friends with Burkett) reopens the Senter Complaint and yes, P.I. Franklin sustains the allegations by saying Sgt. Davis "planted the documentation to cover his tracks" because Senter never saw it before; well that's because the Police Department never gave it to Senter due to FSS 119 laws protecting third party family law information.
About Sgt. Davis in the City of Miami and his "Shooting" & "Use of Force"; again, the Surfside Police Chief and investigator had all of that information. Davis was initially cleared of the Shooting involving a moving vehicle and later Chief Martinez ( you all know him in Miami) changed the policy and cited Davis and four other officers in the department for past violations. All the officers were cleared and the got Davis shot was arrested charged and pleads guilty! O'yes, the use of force, Davis worked Liberty City in the 1980's, and yes he had to use force to arrest an armed robbery suspect; yes, a large crowd formed and supervisors said Davis was to rough. Well Davis was cleared by a Hearing Judge %100 of any misconduct and Davis was never forced to resign, in fact Davis left years later after resigning. Sgt. Davis's life is an open book that hasn't been read in a long time, now Jay Senter is trying to rewrite facts with fiction; yes, BECAUSE JAY SENTER IS DIRECTLY CONNECTED WITH TWO FRENCH NATIONALS WHO WERE CONVICTED IN STATE COURT OF FRAUD AND GRAND THEFT (CORP. WAS FINALLY CHARGED) AND JAY SENTER WAS SUBSEQUENTLY IDENTIFIED AS A POSSIBLE SUSPECT IN A LONG RANGE FEDERAL FRAUD & MONEY LAUNDERING INVESTIGATION DISCOVERED BY DHS/ICE FEDERAL TASK FORCE OFFICER JOHN DAVIS. O'by the way, Mayor Burkett and Vice Mayor Weinberg are neighbors of the French National suspects and close political associates of Jay Senter. In addition, Sgt. Davis has been referred for investigation to the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office by Jay Senter twice and both times cleared of wrong doing, and "NO SGT. DAVIS" didn't take the fifth, he was never asked and subsequently gave a complete statement to IA investigators who CLOSED THE CASE! Now you have the real facts of this story of "political corruption" targeting our fair access to JUSTICE.
